The wife of late Abderrahmane Youssoufi, Hélène Youssoufi, sent on Friday a message of condolences to King Mohammed VI following the passing on Friday in Casablanca of Abderrahmane Youssoufi at the age of 96.
In this message, Youssoufi extended to King Mohammrd VI, with great pain and deep sorrow, all her condolences and sincere feelings of compassion and support following the loss today of Abderrahmane Youssoufi.
The wife of the deceased said that if she personally lost her husband and life companion, Morocco and Moroccans also lost a loyal servant who devoted his whole life to the service of his Kings, and to the independence, integrity and development of his country.
Youssoufi said that Abderrahmane had a deep paternal affection for the Person of the Sovereign, which he never ceased to proclaim and demonstrate, far beyond the framework of the exercise of his official duties.
Saying she was devastated by this terrible loss, Youssoufi said that she shares the pain of His Majesty and that of His People.
