In fact, according to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, the sovereign pardoned Miss Hajar Raissouni, who is still the subject of a lawsuit.

This action also reveals the royal concern to come to the aid of the citizens in difficult situation as was the case of Hajar Raissouni and his fiancé who dreamed to found a family home in accordance with the precepts of the divine and positivist law which makes of Morocco a caliber of peace and tolerance internally and internationally.
Moreover, out of respect for the fact that King Mohammed VI grants to the judiciary he neither condemned nor condemned the accused, leaving the verdict to the magistrates, notwithstanding the error probably committed.
In the same context, in addition to the two pardoned fiances, the medical team pursued in the same case benefited from the same grace.
